REGISTRATION COSTS

IN PRESENTIAL

Member of the Association québécoise des cadres scolaires: $450 taxes included

AQCS members from remote areas*: $390 taxes included

Non-member: $650 taxes included

Registration costs IN PRESENTIAL for members and non-members include the conferences, workshops, four breaks, lunch and dinner on Thursday and breakfast on Thursday and Friday morning.

The following school boards are considered to be part of the “remote” areas, i.e. those that exceed 500 km from the event.

IN VIRTUAL

Member of the Association québécoise des cadres scolaires: $350 taxes included

Non-member: $425 taxes included

Registration costs IN VIRTUAL for members and non-members include the three major conferences, the four workshops for all and one specific workshop per professional committee.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

By 4 p.m., March 2, 2022

You are responsible for cancelling your registration.

If you cancel by 4 p.m., March 2, 2022, the Association québécoise des cadres scolaires (AQCS) will reimburse the registration costs, upon receiving a notice by email, minus $50 to cover administrative costs.

Otherwise, the AQCS will be obliged to send you a bill covering the registration costs.

Please note that a substitute can replace a registered participant free of cost; however, additional fees or reimbursement can apply according to the status of the person acting as substitute.

RECOGNITION OF TRAINING ACTIVITIES

Specific workshops for the PB of Human Resources Services have been approved by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. Participants who request a certificate will receive it, free of charge.

All lawyers registered with the Barreau du Québec who attend the conference will be able to declare a maximum of 9.45 hours of training in their continuing education file. No certificate will be transmitted.
